About our team

Our Kids Yoga Programs are led by exceptional and experienced educators

 Beyond being specialist Children and Teens Yoga teachers, our educators have extensive experience and training in education and mental health. Our team has taught thousands of children of all ages and abilities. 

Our classes are body positive, trauma sensitive and neuroaffirming.

There is no woo-woo here. Our programs are backed by research. Founders Jean Byrne and Dr Rob Schutze are Australian leaders in mindfulness and yoga research. Their work underpins all our programs.
